Firstly, the short code to access the service is 4021#. Below is the step-by-step procedures to get this done.

  1. Dial *402*1#
  2. Select 1, which says check sims
  3. Enter your Ghana card number
  4. Enter your date of birth, Kindly enter your DOB in the provided manner (DDMMYYYY)
  5. If successfully verified, the list of phone numbers linked to the Ghana cards would pop up

Take note that, you can only link 10 or less different phone numbers to a single Ghana card for now. And to delink or remove some phone numbers from your Ghana card you can check the below procedure or advice.

How To Delink Sim Card or Phone Number From Ghana Card


You can delink unwanted phone numbers from your Ghana card if you want to. To do this, you’ll have to contact your telco to request delinking.


In cases like this, you’ll have to walk into their nearest office and request delinking, and it will be done for you. Once you’re the legal owner of the card.
